I Was an exchange student in Mayaguez Several years ago ... Now I find myself thinking about the spikes !!!!!!! q mmm rich. anyways, I Was wondering if Anyone has the recipe for the spikes the kind That You Can Get from the street vendors all over the place.
From What I can tell-they cut up chicken breast and put it on a stick, grill it Then add the bbq sauce and a piece of bread.
So, If There is anything more to it Than That, let me know ... for example does it Need to marinate or anything like that?
